The figurines are in outstanding vintage condition, no chips, cracks or any other damage. They have retained the trademark luster of Noritake porcelain.
Measurements of each figurine:
Height: 9.5" (24 cm).
Length: 7" (18 cm).
Depth: 4" (10 cm).
Noritake china production began around 1876, when the Morimura Brothers formed the company in Tokyo and opened an export office in New York. They initially produced a full range of china marked with the Nippon mark. In 1904, the Morimura Brothers formed Nippon Toki Kaisha Ltd and set up a production facility on the Japanese island of Honshu. They registered their first Noritake stamp around 1908.
