Manfred Horn was born in 1938 in Magdeburg, Germany. A self-taught artist, he has experimented with a variety of media throughout his life, including pen, color pencils, oils, acrylics, watercolor, white charcoal, and pastel. Manfred was active on the Hannover art scene and had numerous exhibits throughout the world.
